A intervenção insere-se na resistência natural do terreno, permite a expansão, liga-se, permeai-se e ancora-se no existente estendendo-se suavemente, pontua com volumes isolados o morro que se afirma difícil, e toma controle a paisagem artificial de volumes criados, blocos urbanos no contacto com vias principais, hierarquizando-as
o conjunto organizado orientando-se em três direcções de acordo com as ruas e as curvas de nível, com os blocos programáticos plurifamiliares localizados á face das ruas, posicionando-se nas áreas mais internas do terreno os vários núcleos habitacionais na continuidade dos limites das malha existente de casas isoladas tipo "vivenda unifamiliar" (caso do núcleo 1), estes núcleos apoiam-se no edifício colectivo constituindo parcelas completas de autonomia funcional.
As soluções propostas, correspondem a tipologias espaciais, funcionais e formais fazendo alusão ao debate contemporâneo do conceito de habitar, na criação do contexto urbano.
define-se um programa habitacional em 5 conjuntos
A proposta caracteriza-se por cada um deles ser distinto dentro da unidade pela utilização dos mesmos componentes base - os núcleos, os blocos, os objetos, as caixas estruturais.
o uso da repetição de caixas estruturais como sinónimo de unidade elementos unificadores de base de todas as tipologias preconizadas e desenham definem tipologias e conjuntos de identidade morfológica.
Os edifícios de habitação colectiva em propriedade horizontal organizados em acessos de esquerdo \ direito estruturado pelas caixas (zonas de águas e acessos) organizam tipológica e morfologicamente os edifícios criando a imagem final do mesmo acusado nas unidades estruturais numa dialéctica entre; individual /comum, negativo/positivo, leveza/peso etc.
Existem duas variantes tipológicas deste esquema que diferem na orientação da caixa de acessos verticais que ora se posiciona longitudinal ou transversal ao edifício permitindo orientação de áreas privilegiadas nascente/poente ou privilegia a frente sul, caso do edifício se posicione com fachada norte/sul.
A tipologia em pátio em t3 organizado num só piso a volta dos pátios e das caixas estruturais modulares existe no aproveitamento da plataforma sul do terreno apoiando o, volume de escala maior do edifícios colectivos correspondentes, e organiza um percurso pedonal comercial entre os dois edifícios.
Os espaços intercalares contribuem a singularizar as casas, permitem arejamento e exposição solar das áreas mais desfavoráveis (em concha) do terreno. O preenchimento da unidade, e os limites dos núcleos é definido pela associação em continuo de frente ás vias principais e o alinhmento das casas limítrofes á malha de base sugerida.
idealizaram-se 2 tipologias.
ambas em 2 ou 3 pisos dependendo do acerto com o terreno sendo o fogo organizado em torno de uma escada de um só lanço cujo piso semi-enterrado aquando existe define o espaço de garagem.
The intervention inserts itself in the natural resistance of the terrain, allows the expansion, binds, permeates and anchors itself in the existing extending smoothly, punctuates with isolated volumes the hill that is said difficult, and takes control of the artificial landscape of created volumes, urban blocks in contact with main roads, hierarchizing them.
The organized set orienting itself in three directions according to the streets and the contours, with the multi-family program blocks located in front of the streets, placing in the innermost areas of the terrain the various housing nuclei in the continuity of the boundaries of the mesh existing single-family houses (case of nucleus 1), these nuclei rely on the collective building constituting complete plots of functional autonomy.
The proposed solutions correspond to spatial, functional and formal typologies, alluding to the contemporary debate of the concept of dwelling, in the creation of the urban context.
The proposal is characterized by each of them being distinct within the unit by the use of the same base components - the cores, the blocks, the objects, the structural boxes.

The collective housing buildings in horizontal property organized in left-right accesses structured by the boxes (water zones and accesses) typologically and morphologically organize the buildings creating the final image of the same accused in the structural units in dialectic between; individual / common, negative / positive, lightness / weight, etc.
There are two typological variants of this scheme that differ in the orientation of the box of vertical accesses that now stands longitudinally or transversally to the building allowing orientation of privileged areas spring / west or privilege the south front if the building is positioned with north / south façade.
The typology in courtyard in t3 organized in a single floor around the courtyards and the modular structural boxes exists in the use of the south platform of the land supporting the larger scale volume of the corresponding collective buildings and organizes a pedestrian commercial route between the two buildings.
The interspersed spaces contribute to the singularization of houses, allowing aeration and solar exposure of the most unfavorable areas (in shell) of the land. The filling of the unit, and the boundaries of the nuclei is defined by the continuous association with the main roads and the alignment of the houses bordering the suggested base mesh.
